Do skitty still show up on route 116? I've been grinding and just catching anything I don't have and it's the last on on that route.

True, it was necessary to use backup saving with them to correctly add them, but for me it was worth the time spent.
But how to note them in the Pokedex as received

It does work if you understand binary rom hacking, though. Even though HMA is not designed to open up binairy based rom hacks, but with my knownledge I could fiddle around with it. But for the average Joe, yeah, I would not go that route and just go for PKHex or whatever with just editing the savefile.

So from looking at this game I am like meh rom hacks are not really my thing, I do not mind the Futa content but would be nice to include female characters sprites since it would make sense to have it since the blank gender is usually reserved for mons who normally do not have a gender ditto and legendary mons but using it for futa mons could work in this rom hack.
Granted I am not really interested in GBA Rom Hacks but I do like pokemon enough to try to at least give a feedback since I was reading the forums and got interested in Futa argument. I can see where the both people were coming from but I think just including pure female character sprites would be a universal solution to avoid some rage baiters.
Anyways, as the saying goes guys, there's no laws against the pokemon batman

Eevee evolves into either Umbreon or Espeon by friendship evolution (so in the EV-IV menu, you want it at 86% or more if I understand that menu correctly). Once it likes you enough, level it up and it will evolve into Umbreon if the current hour is between 6pm and 6am, or Espeon between 6am and 6pm.
Get a soothe bell from slateport city and give to eevee (easier to gain friendship). Remove the fairy type move. Raise its happiness at night. I did it by leveling up by battling elite four. One round is already enough to evolve

Although skeptical at first, since all of the comments in the first few pages of the thread, I tried and completed the ROM and found it surprisingly pleasing. 90% of it is just eye-candy for Futa-enjoyers, and that's what the author was probably aiming at. Stuff like this is sometimes just what an already established (and already over-replayed) game needs.
Here's hoping that the author will add more 'Mons down the road. Sex scenes or not, I regard them as a "bonus" content for a game like this.
So now I have a question. I never played ROMs and had to do a bit of trial and error to make it start and DL an emulator and whatnot.
What happens when this gets inevitably updated? Does the emulator recognize that it's the same game i'm trying to run and remembers the save file? Is there a separate save file folder that got created in my pc somwhere (I used Visual Boy Advance)? Do I have to restart everything?

You could re-use your older save by just renaming your savefile into how the newer version of romhack is going to get called so when firing up the newer version would reconize again where you left of. If you don't do this, you indeed would replay again from the start.
This! however be careful, as the eevee may evolve into sylveon if it knows a fairy move iirc? So teach it something to overwrite the fairy move it starts with, and don't let it learn charm either.
