Anyone know how to transfer old data to a newer version of Anthro Emerald? i played on a older version [6.3] but i cant figure out how to transfer my older stuff to the new 7.1 ?

Just change the name of the old .sav file to the exact same name as the new .gba file

You need to download a clean copy of pokemon emerald. So you can't patch 6.3 to change it to 7.1. And the current download on the main page should give you an already patched .gba file for 7.1 as well as the stand alone .ups patch file you don't actually need to apply it to anything

You can't patch an already patched game file. Patch a clean Emerald ROM then replace the old .gba file with the newly patched ROM. So long as the .sav file name is the same as the ROM file (e.g. "Emerald.gba" "Emerald.sav") the old saves should work.

Aw man, shinies are busted? That sucks. I like the Torchic-line's shiny colors. Ah well, if I want to shiny hunt so bad I can always boot up some Moemon Star Emerald. It's not porn, but it's got cute designs. Hopefully dev learns how to shiny palette, considering rates are higher according to other users...

EDIT: After playing for a bit, it seems like some other graphical issues are present as well. For one, palettes on some things seem to be incorrect due to a glitch; the Bag is most notable, as the dots for the pages are invisible at first, but then appear white as you scroll through them. There's also a white screen-flashing glitch that seems to appear when doing certain actions, actions which happen to be common in a Pokemon game and therefore cause the glitch to appear very often. I have no idea if this is just due to the ROM that was pre-packed (maybe the patched ROM was just unclean) or if it's an issue with the patch itself. It could also be whatever hack was put in the patch to add things like the EV-IV and the change to the PC graphics. Never seen these before...

Interestingly enough, it uses a similar Hoenn to Star Emerald. Flannery's gym and Rusturf tunnel have mist in both games and the sooty route and the top of Mt. Chimney have hail. Both are present in Anthro Emerald and Star Emerald. The only thing that sets them apart is the Moemon team redesigned some of the areas and added new ones and the Anthro Emerald team uses vanilla Hoenn.
(Of course, the reason the shiny palettes are busted is because the Anthro Emerald team didnt redesign the sprites with them. And also the sprites arent finished either. Sealeo, Koffing, and I think one other mon dont have unique sprites.)

If you check Sprigatito's stats in the ev-iv menu option, you'll see it starts off with the base stats of a fully evolved Meowscarada. It doesn't need to evolve, it's already O.P.
I just hope no-one chooses Treecko.

Honestly, I wish they figured out how to do a "Fake Clock" for the hack, like how some romhacks do (ex. Modern Emerald), where 1 in-game day is equivalent to a certain amount of real-life time (usually about an hour). Even if you can just change the clock, it's tedious to have to go to a clock to change the time every single time you want to do something out-of-timeframe, then go back and set it back to the correct time when you're done. Or, at the very least (and I hate to have to make another Moemon Star Emerald comparison), have an item in your Key Items that lets you change the clock on-the-fly.

Well I mean, There is The Sailor NPC Sprite, Norman, Drake, Etc
So there are Burly men and Fat Men, But Regular Females? Not Many
The Twin NPC Trainers, Two Triathletes, Cool Trainer but it's just lopunny, and The Female Breeder, So a total of just five

In my opinion we need more stacked bimbos

I just want the outside to be as bright as the inside and its just stayin' dim.

The game is still in development. Future versions will probably fix that issue. Most likely after the custom sprites are done. As of now, yeah all the shiny palettes are fucked up.

Does anyone have the gender ratios of the pokemons in this game? It seems like every time I encounter a pokemon its 90% going to be male. (I'm currently at Route 116 trying to get a female Whismur, Abra, Nincada and Riolu)

So...how do I get sylveon? I know how you get it normally with a fairy type move with high happiness and I have that but I always get umbreon or espeon.

What am I missing?
