So...how do I get sylveon? I know how you get it normally with a fairy type move with high happiness and I have that but I always get umbreon or espeon.

What am I missing?

I think they might have changed it to just be a fairy move. One of my Eevees turned into a Sylveon before the other two turned into Umbreon/Espeon. They didn't evo together. Happened the moment the Eevee learned Charm.

Does anyone have the gender ratios of the pokemons in this game? It seems like every time I encounter a pokemon its 90% going to be male. (I'm currently at Route 116 trying to get a female Whismur, Abra, Nincada and Riolu)

My life right here, i have spent wayyyy.... to long getting a team full of female mons. ESPECIALLY Absol, my god was it painful getting a female Absol with "Justified" Ability. Took me easily 6 hours + running around the grass. Riolu and Eeve didn't take too long but yes. For some reason the gender is 100% not 50/50. more like 90/10 for certain mons. I've managed to get all the above as female, don't worry! They do exist the female gender :3 At one point, i thought the dev had gender locked certain mons it took so long.

the gender encounter ratio feels unbalanced in the game. Like 75% of the encounters seem to be male gendered rather than 50% like the original emerald and it's challenging even when farming to encounter female gendered pokemon.

Is there a way to use an old save in the new version on mobile? I'm running MyBoy on my phone and I don't feel like playing the whole game again but I wanna see the new sprites

Okay never mind I find my own answer if you need help you need a PC you turn the file to a rar or zip depend on how you got it you put the new game file inside of the old file and you delete the 0.63 from it and only let the 0.71 stay and if you only have mobile I can give you my Discord name and I can fix it for you real quick it's am_mega

Remember your playing on a emulator. You can use things like save states and fast forward. Nice to turn what would take an hour of mindless grinding of friendship into a five minute run. Works for eggs to.

You are the third person I've seen make this claim. What are the tells? I'm clearly not familiar enough with the current models to identify them here, especially after they've been imported into the game as hardware legal, palette limited 64x64 sprites.

I'm not an expert but it's not just about models but about dataset and how they make the generation of the pic but in any case, i think it's ai because a lot of the sprites look too familiar to things i have seen on internet but to be honest i think the dev is using a mix of edition + ai.
I rather non ai games but i have to say some sprites look actually good and i wont whine about it or change a single pixel of them, however others look... oof. The problem is probably the limit of the ai and maybe no waiting to spend too much time in the edition:
- In some cases pokemons look too similar to each other and you can only difference them by their head.
- Other cases look totally different from the base pokemon and feels like they just pasted the pokemon head into a random futa body which kill the original pokemon personality and charm.

I can be wrong and maybe no ai but some short of copy pasted with some edition. It's clearly a no completely work from scratch.

Friendship overrides everything. So in this unlike a normal game you can't have Eevee like you to get Sylveon...that's funny is a bit annoying.

They are around the world, it's one of those things the dev should fix and it's adding in game some guide or help to where to find new things because it can be too random and this is big game where we also tend to skip things since we already played it.
Some mega stones i remember:

Starters mega: Fallabor town, go to the left and down a little, there should be double combat and a old man next to them, said old man sell the stones.
Gardevoirite stone: For Gardevoir, you have to fight in sootopolis a combat in one of the houses (north zone), so you need to solve the legendary fight problem there first.
Lucario: Meteor falls, you need waterfall skill to go up tho.
Mawile: Its in that weather building where you defeat the redhead from aqua, its in the end part where the scientists are hidding.
Banette: It's in the mt pyre but inside the building/tower (no the mountain path), in the top.

Again, the game really needs an in game guide to find all that is new, there is actually a new pokemon (from future generations) you can get in the first zone, how does he expect me to know that? I'm not even sure if the game is always there or i if had to progress to make it appear.

Idk if the devs are in or know about this thread, but there should be a spot somewhere players can fetch the other starters, since there's no trading and I don't want to hack the game, especially since PKHeX doesn't handle this rom very well.

I don't know if it makes a difference but i hatched a new eevee for that I got the sylveon around lv 7
