Latias seems to be broken. Her hp and status reset every time she is encountered and without a master ball, you've got a 0.83% chance of catching her. Is there a fix for this?
Easy way to catch it - get
You must be registered to see the links
(safari zone or from an egg) then wait till Latias uses all moves and start to "struggle" losing its hp (it rarely can hit your guy) then catch it with Timer balls (you can make a temporary save in the emulator for easy catch also)Also noticed - u can transfer pokemons from other saves (like torchic/mudkip/treecko) and probably from other versions like red/blue to international pokedex (havent done it yet) via the third girl in the infimarys 2nd floor 
in the emmulator before opening your save make "new multiplayer window" (main menu) then open main save, then open second one (in the 2nd window) and by default it will create new clean savefile, but then in the second window you can load 2nd save with "save games >> load alternate save game". Then go talk to that girl - its "Pokemon Cable Club" and use Trade Center and u can exchange pokemons between your saves.

As a heads up, careful about performing item duplication at the battle frontier (there's a few video guides on youtube that showcase it if you're not sure what I'm talking about).
Some of the modifications the rom has made mean that your bag contents will be wiped if you do so which is less than ideal. I haven't tested if storing things in the PC beforehand prevent this issue or not but I'd recommend using savestate(s) to test that theory out.
I also know that berries duplicate into bugged berries you then can't take out of the PC.
If the dev reads these forums, or someone has a method of contact with the dev - please pass on that it would be nice to get a proper berry shop of some kind so its more possible to evolve feebas into milotic, especially before the elite 4 (and of course thank you for your work).

Pretty sure what he is doing is still illegal regardless
I know it sounds weird to say that on a piracy forum but its a pokémon fangame we are talking about here, its not like this is a original IP that belongs to the dev or anything like that
This shit better stays underground or else this guy ain't gettin away without a lawsuit from gamefreak, I doubt he will receive just a DMCA id they get wind of this
