How can i transfer my progress from version 0.7.2 to version 0.7.3? in version 7.2 i already completed the game and captured the legendary Pokemons, but in version 7.3 i have nothing:/

Just copy/duplicate the 0.7.2 save to the same place of the 0.7.3 file and rename it to the same file name of the newer version. It should to load the save you already have.

How can i edit my save on PKHeX without it excluding mons that aren't native to gen 3? I've been struggling to edit my riolu to no avail.

As far as I can tell, it's mostly a sex 'scene' update. From what I've found:
Spheal (but not Sealeo/Walrein), Corsola, Latias, and Latios have received sprites. Mega Sableye has been added, the stone is on 2F of the Slateport Museum.
Sex scenes between the player and their rivals have been added - four for May/Brendan after each battle, and for Wally at the end of Victory Road. They work like the post-gym battle scenes, just talk to the camera guy.
Walda, the girl in the building south of Devon Corp in Rustboro, has a sex scene with her Skitty plushie if you investigate it.
There are tentacle pits you can jump into, earliest I found is Rusturf Tunnel, for a brief scene. It's that 'something happening below ground you can't feel' kink.

Make sure the 7.2 patched game has the same name as the 7.3. The emulator wont know that you replaced it and will play the saves you had on the previous version.
I don't know if "in game" saves are afected (shouldnt carry over), just do an emulator save on the older version and restore it in the new one (for me is ctrl+S for save and ctrl+L for load).

Does anyone know the code that unlocks the pokedex for the emulator?
