this is probably a dumb question but how exactly do I play this game any help for a dummy who has never used a GBA EMU before what do I use on pc and how?

You need to download a Gameboy Emulator first. I can recommend

Just download the first one. Unzip it with winrar or 7zip. In the newly extracted folder, open mGBA.exe.
Then head to the Game Folder, and drag the highlighted .gba file into the mGBA.exe window.
Make sure it's the "(patched)" one or you'll be playing the original Emerald game without the penises
i wish there was like a tag that just said something like "gay but only because of one single scene and thats it" it would make me less annoyed trying to find stuff
Of course, don't download and run the game.

So the scene just auto play thought process story or i have to make a specific action for it to play

cause in a lot of games things like that can be turned on & off. at the very least that answers that question with a solid no so bye
being able to turns certain stuff on and off is a godsend for the sex game community. more games should invest into it. but given that a lotta (like 99.99%) this games stuff is futa i dont think itd be possible.
Also, this is a romhack rather than being made in a more generic engine like most games on F95. Pokémon in Gen3 games have one sprite for the front and one sprite for the back, with no particularly good way to make it more dynamic.
Would it be possible to make a toggle? Theoretically, yes. But it would probably be very difficult and would be far easier to just make a separate romhack using different Pokémon sprites.

So I don't even know if the dev reads this, but weird bug I encountered. I'm opting to breed lower evolutions rather than catch them a second time, and for whatever reason Ninetails *specifically* is giving me Cleffa eggs. ???
I have a question, which bottom do I press to mega evolve, on the laptop?

Breeding is hella borked, breeding Vaporeon gets me eggs which hatch into Vaporeon, so I had to go hunting for Eevee all over again to breed Eevees.
