I uninstalled for this reason. The scaling is just stupid. The fact that every single pokemon on an enemy npc scales with your highest level party pokemon just makes absolutely no sense to me. game makes me grind for exp more than fucking gamefreak does, this is a fucking porn game jesus christ. I fuck with a challenge, dont get me wrong, but making every enemy scale with your highest lvl pokemon is just lazy, boring and makes the gameplay feel dry.

it does ? in my playthrough only trainers in the dungeon have scaling pokemon if you doesnt activate the challenge

Also where is the NPC that helps remember moves? I forgot where he was last time I played and started over to see what was new in the update and I couldn't find him in the walkthrough


Thanks for telling me how it scales the level, wish it was clearer and told you somewhere, but the battle seems alot more doable now that I put absol and marill away and tried with my braixen and vaporeon

you mean the move tutor ? he is in floor 1 of the pokemon center

Dude I am not even joking even the Intel GMA X4500 from 2008 has support for openGL 2.0+

And *I'M* saying he didn't give us enough information to even begin to really help beyond suggesting a driver install. MOST systems post 2004 are OpenGL 2.0 compatible but there ARE machines out there completely designed to NOT work with any graphics at all. Those machines SUCK, but they exist. POS computers come to mind as do a lot of PX boot desktops. We don't know what he has since he didn't elaborate. It could have also been a glitch brought on by a recent update to his system that required a restart and he hadn't restarted yet. I've seen that kind of thing too.

They're in the dungeon, available from Void Dunsparce. In my experience, I needed to go through the VS ??? dungeon and beat Gal Goodgirl at the bottom, who then sent me back to my room. When I went through a second time, Marnie and Dray were there along with Gal. This time after beating the others plus Gal, who didn't send me back to my room, the Dunsparce had an option to go to the next floor, where I found ???. In the first post, the creator said you need to beat at least 1 of the trainers on the 4th floor in order to access ???.

There is a Mewtwo statue in the player's house. Interact with that and you have the option to disable the setting that causes the enemy's pokemon to scale to your highest level.

There is a Dunsparce in the player's house on the top floor that has a shop containing various items, most of these items are evolution items, for the new Delphox you want the Magus Garb, though it is possible that completing quests may give you the evolution items, I know that's the case for the Strongest Dress and Pandemonic Drip, and I think you can get a Dhampir Rapier somewhere. If there isn't a Dunsparce on the top floor of your house, you'll need to progress the story first.

Im trying out the new version, but cant seem to get the Echoes of the Anchor Quest.

Im past the quest with Mays mom and have high friendship with May and already caught Vaporeon,

talking to Birch keeps the "go enjoy yourselfs" and the only option i get the petalburg option from the boat guy

am i missing somethiong or am I bugged out?

Is there any way to disable the level scaling in the dungeon? Really not a fan of facing Lv 103 Pokémon. I really don't understand the addiction porn Pokémon devs have to making the game hard for no reason.

no you cant , once you enter the dungeon the scaling lv challenge is activated , then again you can just create a cheat pokemon and breeze through the dungeon

Because of a bug, this quest doesn't appear in the quest log, here's what you do!

-Beat Motherwak and have both May and Caroline affinity at 50
(You know that Caroline is at 50 is she's acting moody)
-Talk to May
-Talk to birch
-Go to route 104 and go to the boat house
-Click on the big ABANDONSHIP
-Kick ass all around the ship
-Once you get sent home and go BACK to birch
-Talk to may after
-Wait 3-4 days
-Haz baby
