man I'm done, I get to the new dragon mon, save beforehand, accidently 1 shot it, then trying to restart I accidently saved and now I'm finished..

You can edit flags using the debug mode, re-enable the encounter flag from the snowstorm warning and you can get another try.

When I try to load the game, I get two errors saying I'm missing DLLs. Is there something extra I need to install? One is a zlib DLL and the other's something to do with ruby. Nevermind, it was a corrupted extraction.

Right click on the .exe and choose 'send to desktop (create shortcut)'. Right click on the shortcut, find the 'start in' tab and add [debug] without the [] behind the "*game.exe" after a space.

nevermind i solved it

so i did the send to desktop step, but after that i dont see any start in tabs beside the one in properties. I tried the one there but it says the file destination doesnt exist?

On top of the newly added mountain. You have to remove some rocks in the snowy area with the help of Gardevoir.

Is this stupid female ninetails quest important or can i skip it? cos ive spent over 30 minutes lokking for a fire stone or a female vulpix, and i have found neither.

Just skip it, that's a normal trade. You'll get a Type:Null for that and without the elemental drives it's meh.

Read the murals (The stars indicating something you can interact with) you find in the ice cave. the order of moves are on them.
