Super fun and surprisingly charming start! Even though there’s not a ton of content yet, the idea is great and the classic Pokemon-style gameplay feels spot on. The battles are challenging, the art fits the theme, and you can tell there’s real potential here. If the dev keeps up the pace, this could turn into something really special.

...what? status moves have always ignored type effectiveness. ground-types being immune to Thunder Wave is pretty much the only exception. if you want proof, go try using Growl or Tail Whip on a ghost; i guarantee it'll work.

even if that wasn't how status moves worked, that'd be something to report to the Pokemon Essentials team, rather than individually reporting it to every dev who uses the Pokemon Essentials kit to make Pokemon fangames in RPGMaker.

Not to mention that this is a porn game, who cares about how moves work? It's not like anyone will play this competitively. It could have a one-shot move like Yarimon to trivialize most battles and it would still achieve its desired results as an adult game.
