Pokemon Uncensored version might be what you're looking for.
The game was abandoned a year ago and contains a couple of hours gameplay.
The story and gameplay is pretty good. Art is not great but alright. The game doesn't contain any hardcore sex-scenes or stuff like that. Hope this helps!

If you dont mind furry anthropomorphised pokemon, check out Humbirdo's Pokemon Hentai version and the fangames it inspired, its a flash game that plays mostly the same as the actual game with a few more mechanics and lots of really great humor.

they have a series of games by specter or whatever called pussymon. Its got a fairly interesting story if you choose to read it. The animation is pretty good, the overall gameplay can be a bit repetitive. "catch pussymon, fight other pussymon, train/care for pussymon, have sex, move to next area, repeat"The couple of games that come to mind that similar to the Pokemon concept.
