I voted. Ultimately you should include content that you like and know best. That will give you the best chance to succeed and not lose motivation. People who like lighthearted NTS are probably not the same crowd that likes hardcore dark humiliation NTR. Tread carefully.
I second, I think NTR fans and NTS fans might be two totally different crowds. I know only one game, that seemingly handles this quite good and has some Patreons. „the adventurous couple“.

but i’m not sure how many people actually use the NTR track there.

thanks for your input! i agree and im not totally making my game on whatever is most popular, but i do want an idea of what people want when im trying to decide possibly permanent directions for the story where i have many ideas and cant use them all. i have gotten a pretty overwhelming support for nts thati wasnt expecting so far. it seems like you said many people are nts only or not interested. going off of what i have already made for the story and my own interest i dont think this will happen, however i think i will start the story as nts and it will become ntr later, and possibly after the main story is more completed, creating a whole separate route that is nts only through the whole game, if there is continued support and demand for it.

I did the poll, Lately, for me the most important thing in a game is the new stuff, new type of renders, faces, private parts.
im kind boring about seeing all same faces, same everything.

If you want really make a game for the masses, you have to make a college-setting harem game with an charming, normal looking but self-confident male MC and avoid NTR or only mentioning that any other dick as those of the MC might be interesting for an LI as hell.
With an interesting idea, mediocre writing-style, and decent looking renders you may reach there a bigger audience.
If you have not much experience with renders, nor with writing, I would rather suggest you to make something, you really like and where you're self well informed in. Thus you may be able nevertheless to convey a good feeling to your audience.

Don't try to make a game that you can't relate to, as this may be for an audience you can't relate with. This will almost a 100% fail, as you might almost surely stumble over tiny trigger-points, that may be no-go-areas for this audience.
