Why would I ever "automaticly" want anything to do with piss, and even less piss in someones mouth.
But I can tell you that your topic heading, attracts watersports crowd, not harem crowd. So your poll will be biased toward watersports and in the end unusable as a poll that wants to know if players of harem games wants that fetish in a game.

I like piss fetish but I would not EXPECT it. I think with these sorts of fetishes it's best to give people the option to opt out of it.
