Btw, are these choices asking about actual irl dom/sub leanings? Or are you asking what type of fetish they enjoy in porn? Because no matter what I like to think about my sex skills, I'm just an average dude doing mostly missionary and doggy style with vanilla ass sex talks. But in porn, I almost always go for the male dom vibes if trying to fap. And I don't like foot fetish precisely because of its association with femdom (not always, but pretty often). And I don't self insert, so there is no "me" in the porn.

And I guess you are asking only males because females don't exist on the internet (except for you). Joking aside, because foot fetish is essentially like 99% (made up number) talking about men fetishizing female feet, a dominant woman liking feet play might mean a different thing than a dominant man liking it.

Plus, if a woman likes foot fetish, does she mean she likes getting her feet worshiped, or does she want to worship a dude's feet? Hmm, females licking feet and toes is actually pretty common in Japanese porn as a form of degradation and corruption now that I think about it.

I was thinking of it as sexual preference in a very vague way, so what's someone's "ideal" and ignoring if that is ever realised or not. So if it's a fantasy someone "connects" to it could be a preference, but if it's only something someone looks at in porn without ever identifying with it it probably isn't.

I'm not convinced it's almost all straight male stuff, it's common to see people into foot fetish in LGBT+ circles too. You're right it can mean very different things for different groups, but foot fetish is a broad fetish anyway. Doesn't feel like it's worth the effort to dig deeper into that in a forum poll, but if somebody wants to elaborate what they like about feet that's alright.

The poll's very crude, but I don't see a way to improve it with just 10 options and imo it's complicated enough for a forum poll. I just a hope a bored sexuologist may see this topic someday and get inspiration for a new study. What else could sexuologists do all day than surf sex and porn sites? They can clear up the vagueness too.

desmosome Can only speak for myself here but I casted my vote (switch/like foot fetish) purely based on my tastes in porn. I had the opportunity to engage in it irl and found it highly unpleasant, so I guess it's more that I like the idea of foot fetish. But it doesn't mean other people voted with the same mindset as me.

I'd say I'm sexually submissive (I really get off to dominant women), but have yet to be dominated. My last girlfriend was pretty assertive sexually, but despite all her talk, she never actually dominated me.

As to food fetish, I can't say that it's a big fetish for me. Sure, sometimes I like feet, and I might kiss or lick them sexually, but to say that it's a must, I cannot.
