No, like it is stated in the first post:Is 0.6.0version support all color images and all FFOX Mod or not?
I repeat, will not recolor the entire game, only key scenes that I feel are missing while waiting for Daseson's official releases.
Of course it has the right to exist, and thanks to its existence, the only person who had committed to finishing a full color version of the game became discouraged. This coloring version has a right to existence. Only when there are many variations do people get the best.
I am in no way placing one work above another. Come on, it's just an addition with some variations. If you don't like it, don't try it, what can I say.
However, I encountered a problem with speech display in the tavern. To fix this to some extent, I made certain corrections.
I believe that everyone has the right to use this, so I will upload these files to Yandex Disk. I have free space there, so that's where I'll put them. Feel free to take them if you want. Put them in the CG folder and replace the files. You must be registered to see the links

I don't think that's possible with the current state of AI development. The worst part is that they didn't even finish coloring the entire game with the AI...
Let's get the story right. This mod was always meant to be complementary to Dasesons's work while she finishes, and she explicitly said it was OK. It was only after seeing some of the results of AI that she got discouraged, which I totally understand. Her meltdown, and attempt to sabotage everything by nuking the page and removing download links though was insanely childish, especially since the majority of people were saying they still prefer her art.Of course it has the right to exist, and thanks to its existence, the only person who had committed to finishing a full color version of the game became discouraged.
A mod that no one asked for, came out of nowhere, and ruined years of someone else's work.
THANK YOU!!!

I'm not sure how the transition between white hair and blond hair works in the files. My hypothesis is that you either: 1) need to overwrite the white hair files with the blond hair files included in Daseson's download; or 2) need the FFFox Mod, and maybe the mod is telling the game to look for the blond files instead.I completed the great adventure and swapped to blonde hair and now the night time scenes are back to black and white. Does this mod not support the blonde hair in those scenes?
I wasn't waiting 5+ years for the mod to be completed. I spent around 250 hours recoloring pictures by hand because I, too, am passionate about that game and wanted to see the recolor reach a usable state. I probably spent 40+ hours experimenting with AI to see if it could save us hundreds of hours of work. When I know how to use a lawn mower, I'm not going to find scissors to cut my grass. At least now, the game can be enjoyed in color if you merge both mods. No, it's not complete and might never be, but damn it, it works now without missing key scenes.Of course it has the right to exist, and thanks to its existence, the only person who had committed to finishing a full color version of the game became discouraged.

Hey, very good work! I am impressed with how neatly you also did remove the white lines. Do those images work seamlessly without bugs during gameplay? I don't remember where the speaking effect appears on the screen, and I haven't played for a while now. Does switching Kasumi and Kana work with that?Feel free to take them if you want. Hi! I am sure that I have edited the images in strict accordance with the necessary locations of the characters, so everything should work as it should... I haven't come across the opportunity to check it out yet, as I have a lot of work to do - real work, if you understand what I'm talking about)Hey, very good work! In the "bg_07_guild_c" image, I found a teacup on the bar that's the wrong one.
Do you plan to work on more images? For example, I would love for someone to try and replace the landscape seen through the windows with something that can fit both dusk and dawn (see the files below).
I looked at the code, and I understood why the artist painted the closed shutters. The image is written in the code bg_01_home_a.jpg for most of the interactivity. That is, if you change the picture, you will also have to change the code, adding it to the display of this picture in the morning. In principle, this can be solved. I'll try to make the morning, at least for the test. For example, I would love for someone to try and replace the landscape seen through the windows with something that can fit both dusk and dawn.
I thought there were two states for the bedroom background: 1) daytime (shutters open) and 2) nighttime (shutters closed). Are you sure that if, for the daytime setting, we use a landscape that is lit like dawn or dusk, it can not still fit the time of day even if the same background is reused by the game? At least it would be a bit better than having a night sky outside at all times.I looked at the code, and I understood why the artist painted the closed shutters. Not bad, huh?
So, first you throw that giant text at me justifying yourself, and now you're telling me you won't update this until Daseson updates their mod?I thought there were two states for the bedroom background: 1) daytime (shutters open) and 2) nighttime (shutters closed). I don't think I can redraw the shutters closed right now, but maybe the next time I replay the game with the ultimate FFFox Mod or new Daseson's recolors, I'll take the time to change the landscape outside using Midjourney and create a day/night variation of the same image. I could hide any imperfections using the window reflection of light, if the image isn't clean enough.
Good job!
Yes, the house is shown during the day and at night. However, the day continues until you go to bed, so night outside the window is appropriate. I added morning, which is not difficult, but if you add evening, let's say it's after a meal (which is possible... in theory), it will continue until nightfall. I think it's worth it.I thought there were two states for the bedroom background: 1) daytime (shutters open) and 2) nighttime (shutters closed). I'm sorry, but no. I color images (tails and ears) using Daseson's coloring, in Photoshop when I have time and there is still a lot of work ahead.Does this mod color the kitsune version of the sister from fffox? Would love to try that out with color
