Fixed this by Downloading Visual C++ Redistributable latest version

that was a surprisingly well-designed story. I love the fact that you can lose in multiple ways with different losing endings. I love that unlike many games there is actually a win ending where you personally punish the cheater and make them repent, and finally I love the dark twist at the end.

If I had any suggestions, it would be to include scenes prior to the interrogations that actually give you clues, so that the mini-game is more than a trial & error process.
