popups after downloading from mixdrop

I downloaded a file from f95 on mixdrop and now I am constantly bombarded by ads/warnings in the bottom right corner from mozilla firefox "via mixdrop.ag". Any advice to rid this?

Maybe you downloaded an adware instead of the game? Be wary of where you click when navigating without adblock.

Uninstall this adware you installed if that is the case.
