Exclusive Reveal – The New Tinker! (2019 vs 2025)
Hey everyone!
Hope you're all doing great!
Okay, so I wasn’t planning to send another newsletter before the next update dropped… but I hate leaving you all without any news, haha.
First things first — why is it taking a bit more time this round? The answer’s simple: we’re working on the next Once a Porn a Time at the same time, and yeah… turns out that's a lot.
(I’m pretty sure this’ll be the last time I work on two games at once — it slows everything down, it’s hell! )
BUT!
To make it up to you, I’ve got something special:
Just for you, amazing Patrons — here's an exclusive look at Tinker from the next OPT game!
Not bad, right?
I even threw in a little before/after, because honestly… we’ve come a long way, haha.
(She’s still a WIP, but I’d say we’re around 90% done.)
And for those wondering — no, this isn't concept art or just an illustration.
This is exactly how the character will look and move in-game!
Yup, it's gonna be awesome.
Now let’s get into the real stuff. We’re working on several exciting things:
1/ Graphic Upgrades
We already pushed this in Porn and Cards, but now we’re focusing on improving the faces of our characters — and it looks INSANELY GOOD (as you can see)
I’m seriously in love with the new Tinker, she’s just perfect.
We started with her, and next up will be our brand-new princess!
2/ Card Game Improvements
I’m working on a new system where you’ll have a customizable “Hero” card in your inventory — and yep, these will be princesses and more.
You’ll be able to equip them with things that highlight their... best assets~
(Yeah, I heard a lot of you asking for sexier cards — I totally agree. So let’s go for it!)
We’re also adding new features, like land cards (you’ll see in-game), and the ability to add special effects to equipment.
Lots of awesome stuff — it just takes time to get right!
3/ In-Game Galleries
We’re working on an awesome new system for galleries — image, sound, card collections, and of course, scene replays. All organized, all in-game.
So yeah, I think you’re getting the picture:
We’re not just making another OPT — we’re aiming to create the coolest, most beautiful trainer game ever built around princesses and fairy tales.
( Yeah, just that. )
Ah! And one last thing — this time, we’re going fully back to Patreon.
No early access version on Steam.
Anyway, back to work for me… there's still so much to do

The new Tinker looks like a generic AI generated girl

I understand the feeling that it looks like AI, that only shows the quality of the design.
I feel like it looks a lot like Jenna Ortega (which is definitely not a bad thing)

Honestly, I get it, it’s hard these days to tell the difference between clean artwork and AI stuff. But once people see the characters in-game, with all their poses, expressions, and animations, it'll be obvious this isn’t AI, just a ton of hard work.
And… yeah, now that you mention it, I do see the resemblance! (I love that actress, by the way.)

i know you needed to make her legally distinct from Disney’s, but I kinda miss the blonde hair. would have been kinda cool to see a Tink that sort of was Disney Tink but reinvented her own look so she was still legally distinct but still felt linked to the original OPT concept. Not that this is bad! And I’m sure I’ll get used to it once I’ve played a game with this design more. I’m just used to the Disney designs you originally used.
