So, after some testing, more info about the bug i had , i don't know if it could help :
-The happiness is not stuck at 20 : it's just the daily recuperation that is missing (i think), so :
-She loses happiness by doing scenes (around 40)
-When she goes to 0 happiness, she becomes unavailable for 10 days
-Then she regains 10 happiness a day until reaching 100
-Then the cycle continues
So she's not really stuck, but it impacts her performences AND I am not fond of forcing my girls to do scenes when they are not happy :/

I've been wondering, pushing further that suggestion made previously to pay models huge amounts of cash to do scene types they originally refuse. Basically it would make it even more interesting and plausible, if doing so would push other models to complain. "You paid that bitch 5 million to get gang-banged!?? I do it twice a week, for a lousy 120,000 a year!! Either you level up or I'm gone after my contract ends!" This would make the amount of cash necessary to make such a move higher. It would also make things interesting between models, and add some spice to the game flow.
Ok, even if this suggestion is no good for you, have you ever thought of introducing a competition/jealousy mechanism between models in general? One complains that the other talked trash to her, stole her cocaine, etc. And you have to make a managerial decision. Invite both on your yacht for a luxury weekend, paying very expensive gifts to both, or one of them, to calm them down, etc. Resolving cat fights is a nice fantasy which a lot of players would probably enjoy. Especially when you convince them in making peace with an FFM or FF.
Last but not least how about marrying? I liked that "favourite" option we had. Could push it up a notch. You marry one, even several, Heffner style, and divorce them after a few months, weeks, or even days, if you want, as long as they're ready to sign the papers in exchange for a generous compensation. While married they don't shoot, and might go back to work for a higher pay, etc. Or making scenes with them as your wives, with an bonus "Porn Lord and his married bitch sex tape" to the scene.

How do you even do an anal scene ? Never tried :/
Is it finalised/implemented ? It does not appears under the girls likes. And you can't choose it as a scene type in studio production.

Once you go through the different encounters with the jewelry owner character which you meet at hotel on weekends/jewelry shop on weekdays, go to the properties tab back home, and buy the pool.
reletionships as you described them in your previous post are coming. probably in v0.8
wanted to make a jealousy mechanic in the past, but it's a lot to tackle and other stuff had priority.
finish the story with delia, the hotel lady. you'll need money and a car to do so.

How to shoot four scenes per day without cheating:
(This assumes that you have a studio built)
1) 8am - Pick a girl, do amateur scene. Energy 100% to 50%.
2) 12noon - rest two hours. Energy 50% to 75%.
3) Pick another girl, do another amateur scene. Energy from 75% to 25%.
4) It is now 4pm. Go to the studio, select "look inside", do porn scene. Studio scene doesn't cost energy, so still 25%.
5) Rest two hours, energy from 25% to 50%.
6) Now 6pm, pick fourth girl and do amateur scene. Energy drops to 0%.
7) It is now 10pm. Rest until 6am, energy completely restored to 100% and you did 4 porno shoots in one day.

I don't think you need to be present for shooting a porno, I never do that, even when i'm an actor in it. In that case i just lose the required amount of energy at the moment the scene takes place while minding my own business somewhere else.

You're only using 50% energy to shoot an amateur scene? For me it's 50% for fucking someone you pick up at a location but any filmed scene takes me from 100% energy to 5% or under. Am I missing something?
Also, does the the record in secret option work at the moment and if so, what does it require? Have tried clicking on it after picking someone up at a location but have never had anything arise from it.
