I noticed that you can't have sex with PAs anymore. I take it "Player's Bunny" is going to take its place in the future or something?

Individual scenes on websites dont earn money. Check the balance sheet for subscription fees. That's the amount the subscribers to your website pay to access scenes for that month.

Whats the recommended way to play the game at the beginning?
I try not to cheat and I struggle to get out of the phase where I have more than the initial office. Cant hire staff so buying a studio room doesnt do anything either

You have a new area, the yatch, new small random events around the city, but nothing story related it seems
Did you create a company ? You need to do it to be able to use (and hire) the staff.
The (main) ways to make money (and so progress) :
- Distributer Flat Rate / Distributer Percentage : To be avoided except when you need quick cash
- Upload to porn tubes : the way to make money at the beginning, because it helps the growth of your fanbase
- Website : the way to make money mid game (you need to create a company and hire some people), you only need to meet the quotas, then upload to porn tubes. Because the money you get is based on your number of fans (the number of fans gives you the number of subscribers), that's why you need to put as mush as possible on porn tubes at the beginning.
- Cam girls : great way to have a steady income late game, because you need a lot of investments to put it in place, but then the money comes doing and investing nothing.
- Photo studio : i don't really now, i need to work more with it, seems to not be really reliable.
Don't forget to level up your character, as it will give you more money for the scenes you shoot when you star in them, and will make it easier to recruit models, especially at the beginning when you have no one doing it for you.
If others have tips to maximise gains, i also want to hear them.

I did create a company but still couldnt hire them, theres just one button and it tells me to upgrade my office. Didnt want to do that yet as 10k is at the moment still a bit of a grind and I dont know if that would allow me to hire them.

I think you have to have the studio in working order(equipment and at least the min staff required ) and of course a male model in working order ^^

just in case, you do know you hire staff either by clicking on job center on the first tab in your office "desktop", or by going at the mall and clicking the blue/red icon? what is your problem specifically? You can't find the place to hire them, or once you're where I've mentioned, the list of people to hire is blank ?
So is the developer build uploaded unstable hot garbage like the warning at the beginning or is it playable?

Where do i find Agency models? There's no "agency models" tab neither on my male nor female models page. I had the same problem back in the days and it was a bug but i dont actually remember what was the solution. Kinda stuck with a male main character because i just can't hire a single male actor.

I’ve seen a few people comment about the plastic surgery options in the game, and I’d like to add my voice to their suggestions.
It would be great if we could see some dialogue before/after/during recovery of these changes. Someone commented that it seems to easy to just be able to change a girl because she’s on contract, for example.
I would really like a scene discussing the changes you want and seeing what she thinks (maybe she needs convincing, or maybe she’s excited?) When the bandages come off, the next scene she shoots should be a bit of an event. The first movie after the changes should come with a big bonus to revenue, for example.
But it would also be fun to have a scene where she reacts to the new her... especially if the surgery changes her “genre”. Would be fun to get some before/after photo options etc. But also some dialogue if she is happy about her bustier look or perhaps shocked that her eyes look like a different ethnicity.
I would also like to see the plastic surgery be able to be a bit of a surprise: rather than just being able to 100% change her appearance with full customizarion, it would be cool to just have simple options like ”nose smaller”, “eyes sexier”, ”remove wrinkles”, “perkier bust” etc, and then have some level of randomization of the outcome.
