I am not sure if pregnancy or STD have a chance to trigger based on specific player actions or if there is a dice role happening at the start of each day no matter what actions the player performed.

3. STDs are pretty stupid. They spawn randomly, even on virgins, camgirls, and/or photomodels, then spread normally. I get that the models are THOTs that sleep around outside of work, but at least the virgins should be STD free I would imagine.

If you choose no trait you have to pay for weekly tests for every single freelancer to at least have a chance to see the epidemic coming.
On the other hand if you choose corporate at the start you will have mostly agency models on the list for which you do NOT have to pay for tests as long as they are not on contract.

While paying for weekly checks in one game mode can be extremely expensive it may be cheap with other starting traits selected.

There should be an in-game option to make your models take birth control for an extra $50 each per month.

Similar to that an option to send any new model to an STD check after the casting could help.

Instead of a pure random chance of disaster happening the player should feel somewhat in control to prevent unwanted pregnancy or STD.
It could be a trade-off between prevention cost and risk based on clearly defined and explained "in-game" logic rules.

Somehow my game seems to be bugged. Started a new game with the latest update. The two officers Elizabeth Dillon and Debby Carter never showed up at/after day 55. So I can't meet them at the park or in the streets and therefore won't be able to recruit them, which sucks, since I invested quite an amount of time in my current playthrough.

Another question concerning gfs, what is the max number and isn't it possible to call someone to office after the limit is reached?

probably the only way to solve the cops issue is to reload previos save.

just tested, i get different set of positions each time.
in what location do you usually shoot? bedroom?

each position usually also have a prefered stage ( *_1, *_2, *_3). so even if meter is rising, maybe it's not the optimal one.

at max sex skills, 50% of positions are considered "good". minimum is 1.
to roll the same one each time, that's some lottery numbers.

Damn, I've got no previous one. Can I provide my save so that you maybe can take a look at it? I really invested quite some time into this playthrough.
Another question, can the bank director Ann Wilder be recruited at some point? I can already visit her on mondays regularly to have fun, but it doesn't seem to progress any further than that like an option to recruit her as lawyer.
And is there a possible interaction with the beauty salon daugher girl, whose dad told her, that she should earn her own money? It's a special char, but she never appeared again after the initial conversation with the mc.
Something else, I noticed that personal assistants can't be banged any more for fun. I prefer it as it used to be in a previous update, since you can only have 5 gfs the number of staff members to have fun with is very limited. (10 with Harem Master ok, but you'll miss out agencies, which is a trade-off - always liked to invest points there, to get what I was looking for). For example the special girls, I usually don't recruit them as actresses but as staff members (pa's and later on promote some of them to managers). But I can't have fun with all of the special girls after recruiting them as staff (only with 5 and only if you make them your gf), which somehow contradicts the role of special characters for me. Maybe you might want to reconsider some of the restrictions, especially concerning the role of special npcs?

I get that, and I approve concerning normal staff members, but special girls should be "special" , especially since the amount of gfs is too limited for my taste, which right now is the only option to have fun with them after recruiting them as staff - unfortunately the amount of special chicks exceeds the limit of 5. (So one has to switch the gfs most of the time, break up and then call to office again - also not very realistic, that none of them has got no problem with an on-off relationship ) Don't get me wrong, I really love those speical girls and I don't want you to limit the number of special girls, to the contrary: I'd very much appreciate it, if you added even more of them to the game, but there is no real use for them, if you can only make them work like the normal random npcs, except for the trait gain. So they should rather be like additional affairs/friends with benefits to the player, who are available for stress relief and still hang out at the pool or private beach, without the need to have them as gf.

Something else I noticed is that the girls list doesn't show the body of a girl properly after you've f.e. changed her breast type. If you give her a more revealing dress, which shows her boobs, it always just shows the default breast type, not the real one after the operation, which is only correctly shown during a scene with her.

mafia chicks can be recruited. they're really delicate about the choices you make and will not appear again if you fuck up.
sadly the final "fuck off forever" scene doesnt trigger, so you never know taht you fucked up. have to fix that.
