First of all, thank you for this game, which is incredibely fun. One of the best I know.
I have some suggestions, I hope won't be unsollicited, I only intend to help.
The management of the models' activities is somehow confusing for me, especially training, leading to unexpected results and constraints.
Maybe it would be more simple to "flatten" this management :
- Girls can have a daily job (cam, car, photo, etc., even training)
- Daily jobs do not interfer with availability, which only depends on physical and mental health
- Each activity boosts a set of traits, like depravity but also intelligence, beauty, etc.
- Training might also be completely merged into this system, either by being completely removed as a particular action, or by having a dedicated place and job (for instance, the ranch).
- Maybe, every property should be used as a job opportunity (for instance the salon to improve beauty, the hotel for cam), and every job should have a dedicated place.
- PAs can also be aligned to this system, by having one PA and associated bonus per place/job (more like a departement director).
- Every actions concerning one job should be on one only place/page (for instance, programming the shootings should be on the studio page only, and not distributed amongst studio, models and PA).
Well... To summarize, I think that a more basic and systematic approach can help to simplify the game mechanisms, and maybe its developement.
I might be wrong, of course, and I can't know the amount of work it would represent (I suspect a lot, and for that I apologize).
Also, I think that secret recording should be always available, and that employees should be conviceable to fully become models, because why not? But that are only details.
