I'm not sure about the conditions, but first it's definitely need to open a corporation to start this storyline (meet the owner Vivian), and at point you must have some cash (over 10k) too to advance with it.
At what level can you afford a lvl 10 PA? That sounds pretty pricey lol. I nkry start with 5s and pick faster exp as the perk.
I specially train them (searching on the job market with above 80 potentials and willingness to do pa job, what means +2 daily happiness on that person so she ask lower salary too in afterward). It isn't necessary to be all good, just in your important area. The recruiting -for me- it is, so my best pa in there. In this version I never seen L10 PA, only ones whos I trained up. They're priceless because they perks (like boosting cam income a lot), so I don't worry about they price too much in this way. Keep in mind if any staff overall skills high then they wages too. So an ugly chubby L10 PA much cheaper than a miss universe like one. So it's advised to check what skills needed before hire them, pa need 'leadership' skill what composed from Intelligence and Charisma (no other need to be high exept the potential).

i have some bad news
I like this game very much, i played a few times now and i love how each game is different and that there is always a new girl to find.
I won't list everything i like because that would be too much but i have some questions and or requests to make it better (for me at least ^^)
- I think it would be very nice to have the option to bring girls who live in the mansion to the bedroom ( something like during parties would be good).
- Could you make it so girls get back to their clothing after pregnancy? i don't always remember what outfit i chose for my girls and they look pregnant even when they are no more.
- I can't find the option to "buy" models from rivals with finance PA, i can offer them a contract directly but it then says they are on contract with me and rival, is the option still there?
If it is displayed somewhere, where can i see how much days are left on rival model contract?
- It would be really cool if there was some interaction in strip club, there is a nice VIP room going to waste

How much traffic are your camgirls pulling? If you have 8, but their popularity is shit and have no subscribers, 1 admin is probably more than enough. 100% isn't actually that high, or at least not in past versions. You could easily have 5k%+ efficiency. Could also be a bug.

they're getting around around $2k a day on average, probably not a lot if you're on end game, but i'm at rep level 2 and this level of income is unmatched, and there's no upkeep so i thought there'd be some sort of a drawback

$2k is, or at least was, a serviceable amount for a camgirl in .84 so that sounds like it might be a bug. I haven't actually played .9 much since I've been working on my own game. I'd look back a few pages/posts and see if anybody else has noticed the same thing. This version changed a lot of mechanics so bugs are bound to happen.
Is there kind of a short guide on how to make some cash to get everything started up? I haven't opened a business yet, and shoot out roughly 2-3 videos a day. It seems like I'm breaking even despite not paying much per scene. I see my fans slowly growing, but my biggest issue is that the Rep GenAnon always wants girls who aren't from my country. I've gone to the airport a few times to see if I can find more, but their depravity is too low. The other option is flying there but I've been sitting at about 4k for awhile now.

-just offer a contract to a rival. theres a fee. in stable version you'll be able to build relationship with rival models at the parties/night club to reduce the fee.
-have noted down the strip club interactions
-one day i'll animate all the cumshots.

do work orders, even the geo ones. it's good money.
the % bonuses on scenes are really important, even more so than overall score. try to go above 100%.
i did change from this dev version to the latest, that overall score contributes a bit more. still, you dont want to be below 100%.
if you dont care much about the rep at start do hidden videos (or whore yourself if you're playing fem mc)
to piss on someone or get pissed on by someone lmao. just some uniq animations, nothing much.
depravity increases while they're there, but there isnt anything to play with there.

Can you not get depravity over 70 from just camshows, carwash, strip club? It seems like everyone gets hard stuck in the 60s even though the UI says the gain is +5 per week.
