Thanks. I did try the search function but all I found was a reference to "dev panel mod" with no further explanation. Is this something that can just be enabled in-game or do I need to download something separate??

The only "dev panel" I know of is built into the game. You need to be playing a dev version of the game to see the dev panel. If you are, the panel should be in the upper middleish portion of the screen to the left of the phone/stats/pc icons. Usually, the "official" releases are not dev versions. However mbmb does share them personally from time to time. What's more likely is somebody leaks it, either way only the dev versions have the dev panel and the "official" download that's currently available is not a dev version. But one was leaked not too long ago. I don't know of any "dev panel mods", but if you want to access the built in dev panel you need to get a dev version of the game.

You have to 'install' mods by placing them in the correct subdirectory in your %appdata section for Porn Empire.
So as an example: this should be here and you probably need to create the subdirectory'mods' yourself, as it doesnt exist per default
Probability that mods are not going to work on your version is very high, since the Patreon dev versions are still in testing and not officially released yet

Ok. I think you're misunderstanding something. The "mod tools" that you speak of I think refer to tools for modders to use to create mods. That ain't you.
Tooldev gives a rundown of how to install mods above, but really, as far as I remember most mods are just custom characters. A handful have custom stories but... that's it. I don't know of any mods that add or alter gameplay in any meaningful way.

Well, its not completely futa option, it just dev panel mod to attached girl with a not useable dick. Its kinda weird, bcoz it still will shown even the npc is wearing clothes

special girls are not hard to find, they spawn on spots different from random girls. there's a list few pages back i think.
auto prod does not take work orders into account. sometimes they hit the mark, sometimes they dont

Quick question, is there a way to quickly rise actress'es depravity above 50? I know that shooting a scene gives +1. But at 4-5 scenes per month, it would take half year+.

That is why you 'plan' a career for each model. Depravity rises with the job. Lowest for a photo model, next level for a streaming girl and so on. So a zero depravity girl starts as a photo model and even without ever shooting a session depravity will rise with time for her.
Yea, but not above some threshold. After 50 dep., only shooting scenes gives +1. I was asking if there is any other option for 50+
