TROPE:
1) YOGA:
At least one female character in most games practises it - and, as a bonus, will convince other female characters to join in.
The main male character (MC)/you will hate/be unaware of this activity in the beginning, but will notice that it is an ideal way to be in the same game-frame as the female character(s) without being labelled as a 'pervert' or any other derogatory term that you would have always otherwise been addressed with.
You can opt to or ask to participate in it, obviously for reasons of 'good health' or similar high-falutin concepts!
This opens the door to the initial or continued corruption of the female character(s) by the MC.
ICE-QUEEN MOM, SMARMY/SNOBBY ELDER SISTER and VIRGINAL/INNOCENT YOUNG SISTER are also more approachable and comfortable in and with your presence. They are also, all, gathered at one game location at the same time.
As an aside: THE BREAKFAST TABLE trope offers this opportunity for you to be in the same frame as the entire female cast too ... but there is a TABLE there between you and your potential harem members! Worse, an ERIC could also be present!
CORRUPTING AGENT AUNT will also find fertile ground on the yoga mat to highlight to the female character(s) your dominant 'attribute' and your [largely fictitious, if not actually non-existent] good character.
Further, you can finally ogle at those wonderful bodies to your heart's (and fetish's) content. Here, the trope of CANNED ONE-LINERS/MIND CONTROL can also be used more effectively than in other game-related locations/situations.
This ogling will first be done surreptitiously, with wary sideward glances. Any obvious sussing out of the feminine assets during this phase will result in a massive drop in your positive game statistics or even a dreaded 'Game Over'.
A few game-days/-weeks later, such leching can be done openly, where your eyes can be glued onto the sizeable attributes of the female character(s) without any major harm to the MC's reputation, besides a gentle chastisement.
Much later, this could also see a more provocative/revealing pose being adopted by the female character(s) for the MC's delectation.
Normally impossible physical contortions further exposing salient body parts and 'lip-biting' may also come into the picture - as could a sexual tryst (sadly, the last-mentioned will not be available for the forseeable future in the GRIND; and for posterity, in the RUSSIAN GRIND or the DUKE MILK'EM GRIND).
Meanwhile, this yogic activity also offers the opportunity for:
a) the female character(s) to view and assess the MC's 'truncheon', become aware of it, then become addicted to it. This could be attributed to all the adrenaline and estrogen that is surely being released individually by such strenuous physical, ocular and mental activity;
b) a planned or an inadvertent nip-slip, cameltoe, pussy-peek [depending on the amount of corruption of the female character(s) and the costume favoured by her/them];
c) a planned cock-slip - mostly appearing to be inadvertent; therefore forgiven [independent of the costume worn]; and, most importantly,
d) physical groping of the female character(s); with casual, feathery touches at innocent locations at first, advancing to furtive touches with thumbs or even finger-nails, and then full-blown groping of the lady's erogenous zones.
NOTE: The physical intimacy intimated in 'd)' above could and often does open the doors (and bath-towels) to the MASSAGE trope, provided you have undergone the ONLINE GRIND trope or SHIFT-O'd your way to Massage Mastery [applicable to Ren'Py].
BONUS: No 'ERIC' can feature in this activity; an 'ERICA' can, however, fortuitously.
