I personally prefer anime. It's easier to like, and character designs aren't limited to what the actor can wear.
Though, it doesn't feel much different, IMO. Porn's porn, it's a preference of what'd appeal to you more.

Honestly considering I have non-conventional sex appeals, I usually stick with Anime.

I like both depending on my mood, though atm I stick to irl porn. The thing with anime is that I get used to it too quickly and a lot of the designs and characters tend to look kinda samey after a while. Also a lot of anime/hentai has really cheap animation and bad scene angles which can be frustrating. I don't care that much when it comes to story when it comes to porn so visuals are like 80% of it for me.
It's hard to pin point the difference between them but porn movies are commonly more vanilla porn while anime movies get to some heavier stuff
