Outside of the "porn in their language" searches, the results differ from region to region. Continental Europe likes MILFs and Stepmoms. East Asia looks for hentai. Africa prefers Ebony.

I must say I'm really surprise with almost all these results. Not knowing anything about that kind of survey, if you've asked me yesterday I would never have picked lesbian for n1, nor have guessed that step mom / step sister were so high. And 25% female viewers worldwide too, for me it was more like 10%.
Well, it seems I'm not in touch with the audience, guess I'm lucky that the main theme of my game is incest ^^
