but in the first games its impossible to draw new cards if u got a legend/enchantment card cause u cant play them. Or i am to silly to do it :)

Yeah the same!

BTW the IA must play all its cards otherwise that's not even a game....

My hints to make it interesting:

-The classic 1 draw by turn
- IA must play all its cards
- IA must attack my cards
- Return one card must be random not the first of the discard

And with that the game will work but not so great but i didn't play long to see there is potential so keep going

screen resolution not working lol no matter what size we choose, in the game the sceen is still way too big lol

This seems to be what happened to me. it seems the best strategy is to keep restarting new game and open packs until you get "lucky" and do not get a legendary or enchantment ;)

Good point, I will update the game as soon as possible to be able to discard cards :)

I selected 40 cards but Create deck button is inactive and I cant make a deck and play.
Might be because of my resolution, as you can see the UI elements seem to be a bit overlapping. I have a 17" monitor and max I can do is 1280x1024. Window mode doesnt fix it

bug: AI play only 1 card by turn.
It's fun but for the moment is not a game, you just have to play more cards until you generate enough damage to kill any new cards.
Having to go on adversary portrait to attack if there's no defense is boring.
- it's a full attack game, I don't see any tactics in it except generating more energy in the fastest way possible.
- a battle area of 4 cards x 2 lines where positions matters, with kama suta cards to change positions on your side or the other
- a scene location effect
- attack, defense, armor, health
- call back cards (quit porn business) to be able to re-summon it healed or to break defense
- clothing items as armor
- tested positive, suicide, overdose, mainstream actress to remove a card from the game
- "she's got a twin" to clone a character
- sex toys to increase attack
- compilation: put your graveyard in the deck
- threesome can stack 2 cards and add attributes

Even before playing this I want to say nice job. Great concept. Carefully planned UI. Fun Driven. Nice job Lewdmonkey.

A singleplayer CCG, thats really rare nowadays. The last ones I can think of are Card city nights and the Yu gi oh games. +1 for a rare and underused genre.

Sadly alot of other things currently ruin the otherwise neat experience. To put them in no particular order:
-The very slow pack opening that doesnt have a skip
-The UI which doesnt work on any size without clipping 10% outside the screen for half the menues
-The fact that you only draw on a empty hand which means any high cost card immediatly loses you the game if drawn early.
-the need to manually attack the opponents life with every single unit, add a "attack with all free" method
-the very unresponsive card builder that needs you to drag really slowly to add to deck. Enable double click or something.
-The fact that your active deck doesnt save so you cant easily edit it. You gotta add all 40 cards in all over. Im probably never editing a deck again.
-the limit of 4 cards shown at a time on the deck builder which drags it out into a slog.

The game has potential to be a neat altough basic CCG thats should be completeable within 2 hours if its UI was good. Now it feels like it would take way more than 5 for quite unnecessary reasons.

A for effort and idea, C+ for execution currently. Hope development continues.


Edit: further notes:
- No need to inflate the enemy with double the life to extend match. At least just do it for bosses and not basic minions. It just drags it out without adding anything interesting.

Bugs:
-There seems to be a hard cap on the number of summonable cards or something. After about 20 summons, I stopped being able to put cards on my side of the battlefield.
-Tutorial diagram cuts off the bottom if you're not at the exact right resolution. Which is troublesome since that part explains how to attack.

Design problems:
-2-energy cards are practically worthless. They have no abilities and only get about 2 more attack than a 1-energy card and have double the cost.
-Higher cost cards don't get enough attack in general. 2 or 3 1-energy cards can ram into them every time.
-I have no idea what the purpose of "Shuffle" is. It doesn't shuffle my discards into my deck, does it just shuffle the deck and only the deck? There doesn't seem to be a point to that.
-If you draw a full hand every time you run out of cards, that just encourages players to try to empty their hands as soon as possible. So that just encourages the player to spam 1-energy cards. A deck consisting of nothing but low cost and "+X max energy" cards can play 5 cards every turn without ever slowing down.
-Game isn't deep enough for Boss battles to feel meaningful. Even if the AI actually becomes an AI, there are so few effects that you can't have a difference in playstyle.
-Matches are too long. They just feel like a slog. Even when you have 10 cards on your side, it's tedious whittling down the opponent's massive HP.
-Packs are too expensive. You don't necessarily need to make the "good" cards easy to get (In actuality the expensive cards make your deck worse). But it shouldn't take three long matches to get a single pack. It's boring.
-You should give the player a starter deck of cards. Slowly opening 4 packs to get exactly 40 cards and then using a slow deck builder to shove all of them in isn't any more interesting than just starting with a bunch of cards.

Really dig the game, same suggestions as others on deck building being less of a slog. But also some ability to look at the cards or at least examine each one etc. And maybe a filter on the collection/deck builder menu to go by pack type or rarity etc. Also not sure if you know but there is a duplicating bug each time you clear a deck after leaving the deck page. Keep up the good work though man.

I've got similar comments to the others: resultion doesn't work, game has no meaningful choices, pace is slow

But I wanted to highlight the cards with gifs embedded, I've played a few other card games like this and none of them do that, I thought it was really neat :)
