The game's name is Unholy Sanctuary. I don't have a link, heard the game is hard and very old so didn't bother searching. As for a possession content, well the final boss is a girl that was possessed by a demon and that's just it. But anyway here's a CG rip from the game.

If you play around with magic and HP and have that snowman spell, given if casted at the right distance it will rapid fire melting the final boss.
