World after War - haven't tried in a while, 3d roaming and interface was clunky and poorly optimized, at least back then, but there's some fun to be had

New Earth - Typical vn with choices, not the best one either, but fits into description.

You're right, I've mistaken it with another 3D game on a spaceship with optional pregnancy, Last Hope.
