Seeking Post-apocalyptic game with female protagonist

I'm looking for games set in a post-apocalyptic setting like Wasteland Lewdness or Desert Stalker but with a female protagonist.

The game engine doesn't matter.
I'd like the game to be in a western style, not abandoned, and preferably with a possible pregnancy element.
I've tried Overgrown Genesis so far.
