VN Post now or wait?

Hello F95zone!

So going straight to the point, I'm working on a visual novel that i would love to share with everyone on this forum, after i read the rules of posting i feel a little bit confused.

Genesis:
My game is going to be split into around 8 parts, every part will released as a shorter game, then when all parts are completed they will be merged into one big game.

Problem and questions:
A) First part will not include any sex/porn scenes (all other parts will and a lot!), as it acts as introduction to the story and main character, does this mean i should not post this part here?
B) There is no tag for work in progress type of game, does this mean that I can't post a game that is in development?

Sorry if it seems obvious but I'm new to this forum and just want to make sure I follow the rules and don't cause extra work for the mods

A) If you don't want to see many people complain about "no sexual content" tag on the first part of your game, then don't. But it doesn't mean you can't post it, there is quite a number of even fully completed games that doesn't contain full-on porn. Maybe it still should have like at least light erotica or something, I'm not really sure about that.

B) You can. There are many many games here that are still in pre-alpha stage, like countless v0.01 builds. if it's not marked as "Completed" then it's a work in progress.

Anyways, there are games like Elona+ and fear and hunger on this website. They are not porn games at all, but still allowed to be here.

Thank you for clarifying this. I will then post and be sure to state clearly that first part doesn't contain any porn/nudity.
