Seeking Power or leverage over other characters, feeling of fame / power / wealth

I'm looking for games where you have power or leverage over other characters—like being their boss at work or having some kind of dirt on them. The tag blackmail is too broad in this context; here, it's mainly about a power imbalance due to factors like work, fame or money. I don't like mind control. I like 3DCG and 2DCG games, but anime-style visuals just don't appeal to me at all. I prefer games with a rich storyline over those with lots of xxx scenes.
High Rise Climb is good example of work power and also STWA Unbroken where overall you feel famous / rich, also begining of Fashion Business where you have shitload of money and power over basically everyone

Please help lets make a good list!

The games you suggested might check the blackmail tag, but they don't give the right feeling. Trainers are grindy games that don't allow you to immerse yourself in the role, making the experience shallow. 'Lust and Power' is a grindy game with limited options giving player false choice. The only reasonable suggestion is 'News Desk,' and I thank you for that. Yet all these games lack proper story.

News Desk makes you work for it too, and you're losing at the start of it. If you want something story-focused and not gameplay, I'm not the best person to ask, but these could work:

Also, I still do recommend ioY for the power fantasy aspect, especially later in the game when it fits your requirements better. But yeah, still not a story-heavy game by any means.

I second the recommendation for News Desk, it's probably the best "reverse the power dynamic" game I've ever played (except for one scene which I think is very out of place). I would also recommend Lab Rats 2. You are a boss at work, you can do things like force your employees to wear revealing uniforms (and sexually punish them if they refuse), or make them service you in exchange for a promotion. Or just have casual, consensual sex with them during office hours. And the thing you're doing at the office is producing behavior altering drugs that can be used to make other women your sex slaves.
