Ren'Py - Abandoned - Power Vacuum [Ch. 12 Official] [What? Why? Games]

At this point its been over a year since the game released. Everyone knows a good incest game has teasing and buildup its just a given. However at this point it has gotten ridiculous. You still cannot have vaginal sex with any of the family members. It just seems drawn out to extend the time the dev can milk the game at this point. Renders are good but not great, animations are mediocre, and while dialogue is really good at this point all it is is the characters giving excuses for why they cant fuck while doing literally every other sex act in the book. This game could be a 4 out of 5 game if it didnt do this but since its gotten so bad at this point I have to give it a 2. So sad that a game that started off so well and fun turned into a teasing fest for a whole year.

I played with NTR on but you can turn it off.

So I had seen the poster of this game like 3 months back - but I ignored it coz the main pic is kinda weird and man do I regret it lol.

Game is fucking awesome. Story is pretty funny too (atleast it was with NTR on) , and each update has a nice amount of content.

Renders are also really fuckin awesome.

This is one of the underrated games that I would recommend to anyone within a heartbeat.

The Dev himself is pretty active in the thread so you can report bugs and shit.

All in all - solid game. Try it.

This game has a rich plot, appropriate and good humor, plenty of sex events, the character characteristics of each character are very clear and the integration is very good.

In a word, this is the game that you can imagine and do well. Whether you just want to watch sex events or watch funny entertainment stories, it's very, very recommended!

I hope you can support such a great creator, let's strive for a better tomorrow!

Absolutely Cherish this story.
Crispy intelligent Writing. Great Character Progression. Awesome plot (Little Cliche). Good choice regarding NTR content (You can still enjoy NTR but can disable entirely). Really nice Graphics. Main PC is not naive idiot, he has a personality of his own.
And this is developing in to a great story to tell. Also, really appreciate that there is the whole AI companion to help one know what events are still to complete so there is NO grind in the game.

5/5 totally recommend

This is a really original and well-crafted game. The writing is on point, the models are solid, and the overall premise and the situations it leads into are really cool. My only fault would be how grindy some of the sandbox elements are, but they're still well worth it for the overall plot and beautiful renders.

There is a lot of good stuff in here. The tease and nudity is at a decent pace (remember to use the forward time to not repeat stuff unnecessarily). The models are pretty, not too fake/bimbo, and the dialogue is top notch quality, and funny! I love my evil uncle

So... from the games I've played, this one will stay in my mind as the one which made me laugh way too often. f95zone makes me play too many games, and I think I forget many games (replay value is often quite low) except a few, and I guess that's one of those. The pool scene in ch2... didn't see that coming.

Half a star down for repetitive tasks where it's unclear whether repetition does anything. This was especially the case in the first chapter. I make use of the ctrl key to determine whether it's a new dialogue, and skipping something two times was my rule of thumb not to check it again in the same chapter.

Strength of the Game is in its Dialogue and Characters

Power Vacuum is one of the more interesting games I've played. The setting, characters, and plot are things I've seen before - landlord and her wards live with protagonist and get engaged in lewd shenanigans. The big difference between this game and the others is how skilled the developer is at writing. The dialogue and how each character adheres to their personality is phenomenal.

The milf mom, for example, acts the closest to what a real milf mom would do - she is strict about her kids doing chores, but likes to joke around, she is loving, provides advice, doesn't like when the kids push inappropriate boundaries, etc. This same fidelity to character role is applied to everyone and it makes the lewd scenes all that much better for it.

The dialogue between the characters are great. Whenever there's a conversation there is a variety of sharp banter, interesting insights about girls (and guys), and humor. Some of the earlier writing had slight pacing issues as flow of the conversation was a bit fast, but I didn't have any issues later.

I also want to mention that the developer is taking it slow with the lewd scenes. There is sex, but the main love interests currently are in the middle of being completely seduced. I think the slow pace fine and fits with the core of the game.

I don't think my review does justice to the strengths of the this game and why you should check it out. The best way I could describe it would be comparing it to a D&D game. A good D&D game needs all the characters to act out their roles convincingly and interact with each other in interesting ways. This game does that superbly.

Gotta love this one for its brilliant writing, plot and for not just being one of those with a heck lot of meaningless sex.
And definitely big ups to the dev for the coding too. He's got everything that went wrong with Foot of the mountains, right.

Top 3 games about family harem!

The main charm about the game is that, there is building tension.... it takes really long time to develop relationship with your family, which build tension and when something happens its amazing and its so rewarding! Don't get me wrong there is a lot of content, nudity, sexy scenes and teasing, but sex (at least with family members) is something that is not yet there (V0.6).

+ Amazing models and Visuals
+ Clever and believable scenes (sometimes not really but nothing is perfect)
+ Really cool twists and turns.
+ A lot of effort put into details and developing relationships.
+ Good hint system and easy to navigate world (if a house can be world).
+ Likable family members and funny moments.
+ Tension.

- Really often everyone is complaining about MC ( about everygame ) and I agree to some degree that it's almost always soulless and just going with the flow... and pushing things in the most basic way and they work... maybe here that is true too..... but in the other hand the MC is always 18... who the *Flick* was clever when they were 18 ???
- It takes time between updates (which is undestandable the quality is of the charts)

This game should be on anyone's list ! Easy top 10 in my List!

+ Sometimes it's disgusting, but in the good way - I think graphics pretty bad it the game, but it's not that important, when it's so good in other things

I'm definitely looking forward for updates, but don't hurry. Quality before everything else!

For a game that has been in development for quite some time there is very little content, Its like playing a visual novel of Groundhog Day, Every day things are ever so slighly different, Its grindy as all hell too.

Don't get me wrong the animations are great & the characters are likable but there isn't much to be said about the game as the conent is so minor with each update sadly.

It's simple point click grinding insect game. Can't really say much, overall it's decent. Easy fap and easy and quick game. hope there is more nude contents tho. Literally holding CTRL and skip everything and u still can get pass this game. The uncle is a bit creep tho please dont add him in. I suggest more sex threesome scene as I played like 5hours and it not enough for quick fap lol but overall it's good game

Power vacuum is a slow burn type game with someone good writing the dialogue. There are some hitches with wording but surprisingly few with things that made me laugh as I went through it.

It is mostly a VN with very little in the way of interactivity.
It has the potential for more open exploration modes but the dev seems to want to keep it streamlined with only a VN style playthrough.

The giggity parts don't start happening till about chapter 3.

Pros:
Some nice looking women in there

Cons:
If you are picky about how the women are drawn, IE: no circus boobs and no weird body proportions, some of the choices in here may bother you a lot.

1. Ophelia: Body rendering, i'd give it about a 4.5 out of 10, someone had too much fun with the boob and butt adjustments. If she were any more wierdly proportioned she'd belong in a circus act. In some scenes Ophelia's proportions change a bit.
2. Aliza: 7 out of 10 on rendering, better than most of the choices in there.
3. Catherine: 7,5 out of 10 on rendering, mostly proportional.
4. Mallory: 5 out of 10 on rendering, just weirdly proportioned and bleh.

It's not all bad but there's room for improvement IMO.

Witty banter with characters that has depth and nuances? In a AVN? What reality is this?

Seriously the humour is well done, laughs will be had and a feeling of being entertained will swoop down upon you. With the added bonus of it being sexy as well.
But it's more of the slow-burn kind of thing, quick wank? Pick another game for now!

its good game in sandbox genre for me.

What really stands out for me in this game is the writing. It's excellent. Smartly written, funny and entertaining, the writing is truly beyond nearly any game in this genre.
The girls are smoking hot, too, which is a plus. I don't know if I'd enjoy a well written game if I couldn't stand the sight of the characters. Fortunately, that's not the case here.
Only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of how slow a burn this game is. Like, really slow. Getting to the end of chapter one was a grind, and all you got to see were a pair of breasts and a butthole. There's a lot of tags in this game, so I hope it picks up in chapter two. Grinding is one thing, but there should be reward tiers for it.
All in all, highly recommend if you enjoy well written games with pretty girls.

Love this game. Framework and plot are pretty standard but the writer does a great job with the characters and relationships and humor. Really like all the girls and that makes the tension with the rival even better.
The animations are plentiful and really good, though the could be longer and have a bit more control. I also had some problems with a previous picture flashing when the animations end.
Renders are very good looking too. And the sex scenes are great. The game play is a sandbox and a bit of a grind but you don't really need a walkthrough (except if you want to avoid the NTR, but there is a switch to turn it off anyway).
The MC starts off pretty annoying and meek but grows (in many ways) throughout the story which is great. Becomes much less of a pushover

So the caveats for people who may not like certain things.
1. the big one: NTR. I'm not really a big fan NTR and the MC i'm controlling getting humiliated but the fact that they are non-canonical helps. They are also pretty hot . I'd say even if you aren't a fan of NTR check out the scenes, they are worth it.
2. The bodies. I dig the kinda stylized big boobed big ass thing. Not in every game but it works here and they all look great. There is a bit of variation in the body types but not a ton. Huge cocks too, so if unrealistic dicks bug you that may be a problem. and Aheago a ton of that which i think is great but also not super realistic.
overall this is a tremendous game that everyone should give a go and don't let the NTR scare you away.
Funny, sexy and definitely worth you time

This game gets a 5/5 for the writing alone. Really funny and well written, one of the girls asks what semen smells like and another replies "It smells like boiling a hot dog in hotel pool water." I fucking died.

On top of that the animations are good, the girls are hot, it's a bit repetitive but not too bad.
Overall pretty great game, you'll get some good faps and some good laughs.
