There's a bug or something with the mod. I put in the Official Incest Patch & went to run the game & it came up with a grey screen error about scripts of Chapter 10 & clicking the Reload button didn't do anything (this happened to me with another Walkthrough-Cheat mod of a different game & I re-downloaded just the game & not the mod, then the game worked with no problem).

I used the current mod version. Then I just read your comment & I checked now to see & the Mod is 0.4.0 while the Game is at 0.4.2... so yeah that's probably why.
