Okay, so this game is really not fappable and it's pretty terrible, but everyone should give it a download and choose the sister, and just sit and listen to her for 15 minutes or so.
Holy fuck this was hilarious. It's ultra cringe, completely over the top, the voice acting is almost as bad as the voice actress' broken English, and all the while it's supposed to be porn so you're supposed to take it all somewhat seriously. When that text comes up on the screen that says "Start masturbation!" and they used heavy reverb over her saying "Start da mastabation!" I died.
