I'm looking for games like this as well, basically any female protag + pregnancy games that don't result in game over if you get pregnant. There's an endless sea of male protag games to wade through and it takes a long time to find games that speak to me personally.

- Breeders of Nephelym: it's a 3D exploration game, where you control your avatar (can be male, female or futa), collect species of monsters and breed them. It can be you and them, between them, etc. The system is really cool, as the descendants inherint some of their parents traits. Some of them can be born with specials kinks like big boobs, curvy bodies, or even desire a specific character from your roster (even you). You can even get special monsters only achievable through cross breeding. Bellies have different stages and there's cumflation. I'd suggest to use some cheats or otherwise becomes really grindy (you need to achieve certain characteristics to access new zones).

- Girl Knight Milk: rpg maker game. Top down... typical... But with HIGH emphasis on pregnancy (it is actually the moving point of the story). It's not only for cgi scenes, but the avatar reflects this.

- Flying Princess Interbreed: Imagine Angry Birds but hentai. Some enemies have lust and if you hit them with your chars, you can mate, resulting in offspring... that have their own abilites and can also breed.

- Porn Empire: Fantastic 2d simulation game. You can have a male or female mc and create your empire from the ground up. Lots of pregnancies. Girls have certain stages and there is also tags and special requests for this. You can control how long you want the pregnancies to last, which is cool. Bonus is that the author is very active on these forums and is pretty friendly.

- Curse of Kisera: One of my favorites. 3D exploration game with pokemon style battles. The girl can get pregnant from anything and will breed hybrids. What makes it pretty unique is that you have a full 3D visible and explorable uterus where you can check the embryon development. Biggest con is that you'll probably need a localization and there are some game breaking bugs (I'm stuck at a part where I have to talk to an old lady in the snowy village but can't move forward because no text is shown).

- Nursery Dimension: Another one of my favorites. It's a metroidvania combat game. Any enemy can impregnate the girl and many enemies can keep breeding her. You have playable births and can have several at the same time. There are achievements that grant you bonuses and the belly can really grow (how can she double jump with such massive belly is a mistery!).

- Parasite in City: Awesome arcade game, but unfortunately only flies can get the mc pregnant. Belly still grows while you are playing though and you give birth... and your offspring can get you pregnant again... and again... and again...

- BlackMarket: you build rooms, hire girls and pimp them out. It's like a tycoon sim. Very good. There are certain pregnancy only stuff you can do. Girls only have daughters... which you can... pimp too. There are special rooms for them too. Or you can make them grow up if that's not your thing.

- Para Ark: 2d rpg. Your char can get pregnant midcombat and the belly grows "in real time" (means it can grow in combat and even if you're idle), as well as birth. Oddly only your active chars do this, if you put one of your daughters in the back are "frozen" in their pregnancy.

- Monster Black Market: another tycoon game with some cool graphics and mechanics, but it's not as fun as BlackMarket and kind of grindy too. You still have bellies, birth and breastfeeding (or rather, milk).

There are might be more, but these are the ones I remember and recommend. Hope it helps.
