The survival horror aspect is pretty good. There should be a keep out zone or a delay before you're noticed at doors so you don't get ganked immediately entering a room. I didn't even realize that many enemies can be avoided by crawling while some need sprinting until late in the game. You would think the warmbugs that fall from the ceiling would detect you either way. The notes probably explained this but a lot was lost in translation. I also didn't understand you could break boxes or what inhibitors were even for until like my 3rd playthrough. I assumed they were story related for some big finale initially based on the flavor text.

Even with the updates I feel like it was massively cut short.

Really just rip off RE and give us an ending where you can save more people after unlocking everything. With some of the dialogue choices I feel like Ending 5 should have had an alternative outcome.

Also even after 100%-ing this I still don't have a clear picture of Ava's backstory.

I'm struggling to understand a lot of mechanics. I have no idea what the poison status does. It doesn't seem to lower health. The flavor text for all the warmbug extract mentions losing sanity and addiction, but is that an actual mechanic separate from arousal/horny? With the pregnancy kill timer, it's punishing to ever get inseminated. How long does the birth control pills last? Those also seem expensive to make. The vaccine prevents damage from poison gas, but the flavor text mentions it makes warmbug copulation more peaceful. Does it mitigate damage once? Even on the hardest difficulty it's a waste of resources for one extra hit. Hormone regulator is useless. Better to just stock up on armor, and you never have to deal with the horny mechanic, poison, or even health.

Game punishes you too much for trying the sexual content, and the only way to win is to avoid it as best as you can. When you're not horny winning the struggle mechanic pushes the warmbug off, but losing causes insemination/ejaculation. When horny it's the opposite, but winning is impossible frequently as the bar lowers way too fast. Am I misunderstanding the struggle mechanic? Do you get extract for maintaining the struggle longer or do you want the bar to reach all the way to the right? Do you want to win? What's more punishing, impregnation kill timer or not receiving warmbug extract? I can't tell what causes damage and what doesn't either.

I feel like this game desperately needed a way to finish without shooting/killing warmbugs but surviving by copulating. The extract mechanic could offset damage incurred while resources were spent on contraceptives and a sanity/addiction mechanic. Just make it so you can make weak contraceptives/mood stabilizers or an item that makes semen extraction easier made with RCT or Zarla Energy so you can trade bullets/medical supplies for contraceptives/extract. Another solution would be winning the struggle causes the warmbug to cum before Ava does which would get you the extract without damage/impregnation, but losing the struggle causes damage/pregnancy. I think the most fun design would be health/pregnancy (sanity or addiction) risk should be two separate bars you need to balance. Copulating/insemination heals you (this would fit the lore), but losing the struggle or doing it without contraceptives causes cumulative damage rather than a kill timer.

Briefly I tried playing without equiping armor, and I started to see how it could work. I would mostly avoid enemies, and kill the ones I couldn't. When arousal peaked sometimes I'd lose control over Ava and she would chase down the closet warmbug triggering a struggle. These were the only times the horny struggle was winnable. Problem is which struggle lead to insemination was not under player control at all, and I have no clue how long contraceptives last. If it's one time use then you'd need tons. Probably after the first combat tutorial in C6, there should have been an arousal tutorial. It didn't even need to be immediately after. You could have used the bathroom scene with the Tumorers as an arousal/insemination struggle tutorial when you first receive contraceptive pills. Bare minimum I would rework is make horny struggles easier to win, and make birth survivable. Let's say it's not the pregnancy but the high amount of poison exposure during birth that causes the game end, but vaccine acts like a permanent toggle for making it survivable but you still get some damage from it. That way insemination is still punishing, but you can keep playing while occasionally doing sex scenes if you have healing items. If not the contraceptive would still act as a one time life to save you which would make their limited numbers fine.

Last point the story needed more exposition.

Again a lot is probably lost in translation, but there's also tons things that could have been fleshed out.

God damnit, ending 5 is a son of bitch. The hint is that if you investigate the music box sounds distorted. You have to manually use the music key. Some narration indicating that it was played without the music key would have made that clear. Somehow I didn't get the Sardo Gaming scene to trigger despite getting all endings and 100% all the rooms. Figured it out. You can lock yourself out of the scene if you use the Crack Chip at the first opportunity when you get the battery. You have to hold off on it until you've done F3.

It looks like Dr. Linch is remaking the game. I wonder if any of things I thought of will be worked on.

This is one of those "great idea, terrible execution" games.

We have cute heroine, many horny enemies, dark and sci-fi horror style settings, extended dark plot with conspiracy, crafting system, combat, sex scenes... Everything that good rape platformer with big content needs.

So what went wrong? I would say the limits.

There are unlimited ammouts of horny alien monsters respawning everywhere. This of course make sense for rape platformer game. But in order to fight them we need ammo. And it's limited. We have also some armor and health that can be easily damaged by enemies... And only way to counter that are items recovering from mentioned damage. Limited items. Sure we can craft all of this stuff and even more but crafting materials are of course limited. There's also limited inventory - if we can't fit there something we find it will dissapear so forget about big backpack full of goodies.

Not hardcore enough already? No problem. Imagine hard navigation on labirynth style location (lots of similiar rooms connected by doors) combined with scarce checkpoits to save progress and lots of backtracking.

So if we can't fight and heal without items and we're forced to pass monster infested areas... Maybe we can just let aliens have their way with our heroine? This is rape scroller after all... Yeah it makes sense. Especially since we can collect leftover cum stains and eat them to heal wounds (don't ask). Sure... But. Every sex scene gives great pregnancy risk. And we even don't know if out heroine is pregnant or not. We will find out after some time when we will see "alien birth game over bad end".

So in order to pass this game we need to know the map and where to go. We need to know where crafting materials are located and what to craft from them and when. We also have to avoid bad endings. And it's just on easy. Best endings and scenes are locked for higer diffuculty levels.

If you are hardcore player you can of course master all of this. But for casuals this game seriously needs some cheating patch or good walktrough. For now challenge and patience required is not worth checking out some simple porn scenes.

Seriously I find playing Dark Souls easier than this.

v1.3.0 Game is tedious as fuck. This is a game where you put 5+ hours into it because the game guilt trips you into wanting something good for the mc, but the game is so clunky and there are basically no instructions, only hope for you is to use a guide, also, I don't think the final ending works, so basically there is no good ending ._. (edit: I figured out the final ending, so instead of just interacting with the music box, you need to open your inventory, select the key before using it, anyways, the game is still incredibly tedious, don't bother playing it.)

As far as content, this game has a decent amount of it. The translations weren't amazing before, but I did reach out to the creator and tried to help him naturalize some of the more awkward sounding ones. The story is unique, and interesting, and the gameplay is actually pretty decent.

You have to treat it like the original RE games, a lot of the game is attrition-based, conserving ammo and the like, and the other thing I really enjoyed about the game is how many endings he put into it. Really, I don't think this game deserves such a low rating with so much content.

As of version 1.2.4, the game is quite literally unplayable. If you reload even once, no matter at what stage, crucial items will despawn, making it impossible to complete the game. Add to that clunky mechanics, broken monster spawns that can lead to stun-lock until you die (which triggers the game loading your last checkpoint btw), typos, misleading info text and more.

Game is bloated with content without any thought put into into. A fuckton of items and crafting, controls are terrible with no way of remapping the keys, game tries to be a metroidvania but fails miserably you'll be stuck wandering in circles because the map isn't really helpfull with the info of each room it provides. TL;DR don't waste your time with this.

Could have been awesome, but needs a couple sticking points ground down.

Art's simple, but effective. I like girl-on-monster and tentacle stuff though so others might find some content squicky.

Writing is good enough. Translation is serviceable, characterization is alright. Scenario's been done but I'll take any excuse to air my kinkset that I can find.

I liked most of the NSFW content I found; could deal without the snarling zombie dogs and the urination scenes but quite liked some others.

Gameover porn is a personal bugbear of mine. It irritates me to only get porn upon losing in a porn game I'm playing with the intent of getting porn. Sends too many mixed signals to my ... brain. Another powerful pet peeve is pregnancy being a loss state, which is here too. Bad design logic is also as hot as boning an ice cube raw. This game managed to combine all three; getting hit at the wrong time will get you sent back to your last checkpoint sometimes, other times it won't and will set a hidden impregnation flag instead. Over time the MC will whine about feeling ill when you go through doors, culminating in a static CG and gameover egglaying scene. Which triggers on transiting a door. Like the one to the save chamber. Which softlocks that playthrough. Yay me. Certain other games just have the MC birth another garbage enemy, or better yet something else happens that isn't lazy. Also dis bitch need git her rush on.

TLDR: Stop cockteasing my fetish tags -_-

Oh boy, give me a minute to catch my breath after such rollercoaster....

So main problem is, this game deny logic. Game logic I mean. 40+ years of making side scroler vidia gayms was in vain...

For example, almost immediately after start of the game you stumble upon poison gas room. It implicitly says to you that you cannot pass it. What the first thought would be? "Hmmm, looks like Im not supossed to be here right now" or "I need to find gas mask/hazmat suit/something" right?!
No, expendable item in literally previous room gives you immunity to poison gas. And it description did not say that it can do so. You can figure this out only by miracle.

Next stop, barricades. In one of the room you can find barricade. Again, first thought would be like "path blocked, there is no way to bypass it from here, I need to find detour ". And again, no, you can actually break it using weapon. Problem is nothing tells you that you can do so, and even sound of "projectile hit barricade" did not differs from sound of "projectile hit wall/floor/anything". So again, by sheer luck.
And as a side note, behind this barricade located plot important key. So gud lack wandering through first seven rooms trying to figure out what you suposed to do to move the story.

Next, game didnt provide you with enough ammo. It gives you a lot of armor related things, but not ammo. "Well, you should just break through enemies like a tank and sustain MASSIVE DAMAGE"!? Again, game deny logic. If you out of ammo, it is the end for you. You dont have melee, ammo regenerators of some sort, shops, etc. no. If you out of ammo you should clench your teeth (cunt in this case, since you playing as a woman) and yield thousand death before finally delete this game.

Also about cunts. Its supposed to be a porn game, right?! Like "O MAY GAD, I (woman in this example) was raped by big, fat, juicy, veiny dicks, then filled and covered in something warm, musky, sticky....disgusting.....where I can find more?" or something like that. Well guess what, logic SUDDENLY somehow managed to appear here. Techincally there are 18+ content, but it there only to name it "hentai game". In other words, amount of such content in it is a total joke, like my knowledge of English language.
Oh and also, if something successfully raped you (you didnt pressed left-right hard enough) it instant game over -> loading of checkpoint. By game lore monster pregnancies drive womans crazy.

In short, It looks like a game created by someone who have very dimly image of what games is and how they work.
And thats it, 2 out of 10, dont recommend, better play stronghold: crusaders. It have much more sex.
