Huge boobs are ok, what I really get soft over are small nipples and areolas. And this one has it. It's pissing me off.
Also, the linear nature also drives me into a hissy fit. I really wish people would stop making "kinetic novel" type games and stop with the visual novels in general.

So I have been enjoying this game for the most part, but am I the only one thinking that it's filled with way too much pointless blabbering? Almost every scene has like 20 lines of inner monologue or some other conversation that adds absolutely nothing to the story. Makes the game feel convoluted yet empty at the same time and I often catch myself just rushing through conversations yet I still haven't missed anything important really.

Personally I like it. Adds to the character's personality. They're not overly long. I'd say they're at an acceptable interval.
The game simply changes how you called.
Remove "step" and it all works.

You seem to be using the tags as a warning system. I use the tags to look for stuff I'm interested in. When I want to play a game with anal content, I really don't want to trawl through an entire game full of things I'm uninterested in, just to find out it's only used once and no more. I'd like to see the tags used as the primary focus of the game so I don't have to waste my time trying to find the content I'm interested in. This has happened too many times already and it's frustrating having to search through forum topics to check if the game, tagged with anal, actually contains some. When I search for a specific content, I want that content. Imagine your favorite pizza topping, you have ordered a pizza containing that and you get a single tiny piece of that topping, and everyone around you asks what you're complaining about. If I were giving magical dictator powers right now, the anal tag would only apply to games where at least 20% of all sex was anal.

I really wish there were some easy way to tell how appropriate a tag is. No, for a single "fat shit" I would not tag that game as scat, I'd just click past it and move on. Scat should be a significant focus of the game to warrant the tag. Let the tag serve those actually looking for scat content, instead of you not being able to handle a jpg containing some crap.
No, for a single scene of LI banging another guy I would not tag the game as netorare, I'd just click past it and move on. Your example doesn't even sound like netorare. Netorare, if I remember correctly, is the protagonist's LI being stolen away from him/her and then wallowing in the misery. Seing a LI having sex with another is in itself not netorare or even cheating, depending on the context. The netorare tag is another really abused tag that fucks up searching for new games, because I often filter away NTR games but that is causing me to miss out on potential games that have absolutely nothing to do with Netorare or even cheating, because a bunch of insecure children on this site cannot handle not being in the center of attention at all times.

I agree with you that tags could be better for people actively searching for a specific kink. Some game devs and uploaders tend to put the primary tags of said game in bold.
Now, having said that and using your analogy; if a Vegetarian orders a Pizza and suddenly there's extra three meat toppings even though the primary theme is cheese or veggies, they'd be pissed. If someone is allergic to shellfish and there's a tiny bit sprinkled in, where most people would say it's barely noticeable, the anaphylactic shock would certainly be noticed by the one with said allergy. Similarly, since this is a porn site, with a whole corner dedicated to recommendations, the people who are super hard into specific kinks have plenty of ways to find the game that suits their needs, but most simply wanna evade whatever turns them off.
