I really like the farcical nature of the game, we're keeping things light and no problem really takes up more than a couple of scenes.
That being true I still have an issue with how much the MC is braindead. Once the big blow up where his having sex with his sister, Heather, Naomi resulted in Naomi and Heather being pregnant he still continues to have sex with his sister, and then his cousin and her friend? Not a single thought until post-nut clarity that he's likely getting every woman he cream pie's pregnant.
I'm assuming that we're heading to a point where every woman he's interacted with has become pregnant, and they are all addicted to his cum... including Mom's boss who's the one that can keep him supplied with the pills.
This game is destined to be a favorite among lactation and pregnancy fans, it's just the occasional "Dude, do you have to be this stupid? Can't you just fuck the one's you already made pregnant and have the rest addicted to giving your head or anal?" that runs through my brain.

Yep.. at least the only two confirmed pregnancies he's got the excuse he didn't know he was taking a fertility drug. Now he knows but the testosterone poisoning is too strong.

When he did not know at first it was kind of 'sure.. he did not know... not entirely his fault'.
But now that he knows his sperm basically gets her pregnant, guaranteed.. it became extremely problematic.
But also the immense amount of gaslighting that his happening, especially from the mom. He has absolutely no backbone, and the mom just takes advantage of literally everything. It feels like all the characters are just stupid. Only Heather shows some level of intelligence with her scheme... thats it.
I guess this re-write is a change of the original story.. because the quality of storytelling is not exactly up there.
It is a porn game and some stupidity is perfectly fine... but these two issues are problematic.
- that MC knows he's getting the girls pregnant, no matter what... and all but one have no knowledge of this
- The extreme amount of gaslighting.. especially from the mom.. is bugging me.
Oh well... art is very nice though
Imagine for a moment you don't care about the girls impregnated and want to see a different girl knocked up.
My only complaint is not having the MC and LIs fully embrace impregnation sex.

Well, Naomi certainly embraced the impregnation sex, so you're having a good time there. Hopefully in the next episode or two once Sister, Cousin's Friend, Cousin ,and Aunt are all pregnant, Mom and Mom's boss will fully embrace the impregnation sex because they feel left out that every other female involved has a baby from MC and they do not.

Yep that looks familiar. I don't remember doing anything special to get it other than proceeding forward with the story and going down to the basement when prompted. This game doesn't have any real difficult criteria or grinding to get to a scene.
Have you otherwise reached the end of the 0.6 content?
