PFM? The patch that let's you play with progeny doesn't have anything to do with the cheat patch.
As for how that patch works it copies the slave section and also applies it to your children though it's been awhile but I still think the game counts any random egg you find as "you're the father"

Does that allow progeny to be battlefucked? I don't know if battlefuck works with slaves, I just know it currently doesn't work with progeny (save for Amelie who is listed in the progeny section despite not being one, which is kind of weird).

With the exception of special NPC's that count as progeny, with amelie as a good example, no regular progeny can be battlefucked. Slaves are no exceptions.
I just tested it out on the current beta (well, the current one available here). Slaves can definitely be battlefucked

Oh wow, I just tested BF on a slave and it works! I'm surprised, the last time I used a slave (been a while), I could've sworn they couldn't BF.
That patch only affects the camp section so no. Haven't looked at battlefuck in a long time to be honest.

Is there a way to remove the black transition fade from the game? It makes switching locations such a chore

By default, you can't prevent the transition fade. Unless someone creates a workaround for such a thing or the game gets optimized, I don't see such a thing happening unfortunately.

WendigoP, MossP and Dokuro are some examples for special recrutable characters.
i guess it should be there, previously i take an egg also there. The only problem that it may be is the i use cheats and even if i have sea pass i did't complete the mission.

Oh, I thought you were speaking of an area deeper into MermaidP reign that's called the abyss. I have to assume that you're playing on the stable version of the game and not the latest beta, where I believe MermaidP reign can be fully accessed.
Do ANY of the USERS here, have an save file or game with the added DLC characters, that Tower made them exclusive to obtain? if Yes - everyone would be happy if someone would post it here.

Why are you not allowed to screw them in the first place?? Why need a patch to make it possible
Progeny count as your kids, screwing your kids counts as incest even if they are random orphans you found, patreon has a stick up their butt about that, the big banks are the ones that helped shove it up there, and some religious fanatics probably wrote that up while going "won't somebody please think of the children".
When the npc randomizer was still shiny and new the definition of lineage wasn't well defined, as the game coded it if they weren't a slave they were family.
So in short Patreon says don't screw the kids or they take the money away and a rough guess would be this game is somewhere in the $10K a month range.
As for why design a system like that in a porn game? The world may never know.

If you were just asking about progeny getting screwed by other men well that's less interesting.
The BF (Battle Fuck) system is rather old and used to be sprite based. It was coded so only the princesses would be involved because having the knight do it was bad somehow... A different time back then. Anything that didn't have sprite animations was filtered out which included all the extra progeny characters.

however given how the characters ballooned with the npc randomizer it wasn't practical to keep using these and it got switched to the video player.So in short the BF system is old with a lot of dust on it and some rust in the gears. Likely to be expanded upon someday.
