No idea where I got this from, but I had this listed in my files as 1.09z, either a typo or wherever I downloaded it from named it, since the game window only says 1.09. Dunno how to upload to a better platform that won't remove the file after 3 days.
EDIT: Wait, Gofile is also a thing.

Coming back to this thread after a while,
I think I have (nearly or close to) all games (And mangas/CG's) by Ressentiment and don't do anything with them anymore.
Most come with full English translation and only a few don't (They also mostly come with a full gallery save)
Could someone maybe help me get these on the site as a collection or just have them up somewhere in an archive so I don't have to hoard them? That would be pretty cool I think...
