Why? (are you a part of the crowd I've heard of that wants the happy spouse/SO and is not interested in the physical and emotional effort expended for sex and foreplay to gratify the spouse instead of personal gratification?)
And why do you want any proof? You know good and well that your decision is going to hinge on how much you want it and nothing I or anyone else says to the contrary or in favor will change your mind.

I don't think so. I'm admit this is not impossible. However I'm a regular here so there was no "sudden realization leading to crisis."
