Problem Downloading Attachments

when downloading files (zip/save) transfers by link https://attachments.f95zone.to / , where it says that the connection has been reset.
when downloading via saving the link, the file does not load due to a network error

Change browser or use downloader like Jdownloader

I get ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when trying to download attachments. Also pictures from messages are not loaded. The rest of the site loads fine.
