Others Problem with Daz 4.12

I need help, it turns out that yesterday everything was going well with Daz and now I can't do anything.
1. The renderings crash the program and it closes.
2. When performing actions such as move, rotate, scale it is very slow and I find it uncomfortable because it does not run in real time.
I don't know what to do I'm stuck in this problem.
