problem with hentaivn in japanese

usually hentai visual novels work for me but this one fries on launch. tried usually tricks like system locale, language settings etc. still got the error. tried translating error message online but didnt find anything useful. game is nyokotai panic 4. error message screencapped below:

which I think it means:

I see some question marks in the path file, I guess some characters have not been interpreted correctly.
Try renaming some folders, at least the first one (the one ending by [aman 0400]).
