Problem with text in some games...

Ok, first time making a thread here.

I've found that I have issues with running some games that falls into one of two issues: Text misalignment and flickering layers/layers not appearing. I want to fix the text one first.

Here's an example of the issue with text.

If anyone has any idea why the text displays where the arrows point rather than inside the circles like it should, that would be helpful.
