Problem with Unity games

I have a problem with some Unity games, not all but some of them. The game starts properly, I can see all the dialogue but there are no images, just thebackground. For example I get this:

Has anyone encountered the same problem before? Is it something I can solve or is it a problem with my computer?

How can someone help you without knowing which game its is? :unsure:

It's more than one games. I asked the developer of one of them and had no clue so I thought that maybe it's something that someone else encountered and could give me some feedback.
Anyway, one of the games is Pleasure Thieves, the other is Mother's Lessons...

Then it is a general problem with your computer. But without checking your player.log files I can't be sure.

Yeah, I know... No, I'm running Windows 7.

Thanks for all the help, you were great. I'll try with re-installing DirectX and I hope it will work!

No, it didn't. I did a little research and found out that it's probably a problem of the intergrated Intel graphics card. It seems that some Unity games are "too advanced" for the card and it fails. I'm not

Sorry to hear that. Maybe it is about time to upgrade your system. Your laptop is almost a decade old and for a computer it is a long, long time.
