Problem with XP RTP games

So I ran into this problem while I tried playing Legend of Queen Opala, the screen's black when I open it and automatically shutdown in a few seconds
I tried with LOQO II and LOQO Origin but also met the same problem
I tried deleting the game and re install XP RTP but couldn't fix the problem
Does anyone know what error is this? I use Window 10

I changed some of my PC's part recently and no longer use virus scanner program
I don't have Image Sharpening too, Is there something wrong with it?

Still don't know what's the problem, but it seems fixed after I reset my Window <(")
