I just played The Pregcess of Zeven and I loved the slow/progressive style of the corruption of the MC. Can I get some more similarly themed games? Pregnancy is a plus but not necessary.

Fountain of Mana (incomplete) really seem promising.
I would grade Curse of Pleasure an 9.5/10 if v0.9 is released. But since new patches take really really long to release, an 7 would be fair.

Its very different to the majority of games on this site. Very very good, the screenshots look great to me though they dont do justice to the gameplay. Have a look.

PS "Karryn's Prison" is very slow when You trying to fight and guard body parts from enemies and lewd thoughts. ^_^'
