The whole "would Amelia date someone like this" was a perfect amount of feedback that set her on the right path. I'm really happy with this. Kate was always supposed to be a lil bit "cute" too.

Yeah. What set me off on it was when I was thinking about the fic I was doing. I pictured Amelia looking at that beefcake Kate and just thought... nah, doesn't seem like her type for the dating aspect.
This new version fits into the margin more comfortably. I can see her sitting down with Amelia, giving her a lightly sideways tilted head with a bit of a smirk while staring at her, and Amelia turning away but not able to hide the red-turning cheeks.

Making crazy good progress on things and I thought it would only be fair to share the final version of Brooke's other half, Nicole! She's come such a long way from her first design and I'm really happy with the results, while still retaining the vibes I intended for her!

I have a pretty garbage rig myself so if I can do it, you probably can. Mostly it just means two things: you have to manually turn down texture resolutions, subdivisions, and general quality parameters while you are working in the viewport (especially with multiple figures) AND you just have to be willing to accept VERY long cook times for renders. My 4k images can take HOURS and I often have to leave my computer on overnight.

As to how to create quality work, my best tip is a cliché one: practice. Just start making stuff in Daz. Literally anything. Just keep making and don't stop. Don't care about it being perfect, just keep trying new things. You will constantly run into problems and issues and it will suck, but every time you will figure it out and you will learn new things. And also be a good critic of your own work, be honest about your weak areas and try to research how to get better at them!

Start small, and go from there. Start with Daz tutorials and watch them twice. Once just watching. Then again doing it along with them. Then start making stuff. Also always be learning about lighting, it's something you have to TRAIN your eye to start seeing, and it only comes with, again, practice!

I'll be making a Discord soon for the community, and I'll likely open up an "art corner" or something and offer help to people trying to learn! So keep your eye out friend! <3
